1. Screening all registered freelancers and select the top expert freelancers only.
2. Implement KPIs system for all freelancers and give each one a Job success score and feedback on past tasks.
How It Works For Customers
#1 The Customer Posts a Project
The Customer Posts a Project on OtlobFreelancer Platform including the details of his request.
#2 OtlobFreelancer sends a qualified Proposal
OtlobFreelancer analyzes the Customer’s need and contacts him to agree on the service scope, fees and payment terms then send him the qualified proposal.
#3 The Customer sends a Purchase Order.
The Customer sends a signed and stamped purchase order for the agreed service scope, fees and payment terms.
#4 OtlobFreelancer assigns the Freelancer.
OtlobFreelancer assigns the right Freelancer based on his skills that match the customer’s need.
#5 OtlobFreelancer manages the project process.
OtlobFreelancer manages the project process and follows up with the Customer till makes sure that the required service scope is delivered in a professional and high quality manner.
#6The Customer sends the Project acceptance
The Customer confirms the delivery of the service and sends the project acceptance to OtlobFreelancer.
#7 The Customer releases the payment.
The Customer releases the agreed upon fees to OtlobFreelancer.
#8 OtlobFreelancer closes the Project.
OtlobFreelancer closes the project then get the Customer’s feedback on the delivered service.
How It Works For Freelancers
#1 The Freelancer Signs Up on OtlobFreelancer Platform
The Freelancer signs up on OtlobFreelancer Platform and fill in his profile data.
#2 OtlobFreelancer Checks the Freelancer’s Profile.
OtlobFreelancer checks the Freelancer’s profile and contact him to complete any missing data.
#3 OtlobFreelancer Screen all Freelancers Profiles.
OtlobFreelancer Screens all registered freelancers and select the top expert freelancers only and add them to the Freelancers database.
#4 OtlobFreelancer assigns the Freelancer to a Project.
OtlobFreelancer assigns the Freelancer to a project and agrees with him on the service scope, fees and payment terms based on Customer’s needs and budget.
#5 OtlobFreelancer manages the project process.
OtlobFreelancer manages the project process and follows up with the Freelancer till makes sure that the required service scope is delivered in a professional and high quality manner to the customer.
#6 OtlobFreelancer releases the payment to the Freelancer.
The Customer confirms the delivery of the service, sends the acceptance, and releases the payment to OtlobFreelancer then OtlobFreelancer releases the payment to the Freelancer.
